SASHA LARKIN
The Leader Who Bridges Every Divide
Sasha Larkin's journey reads like fiction: from Las Vegas showgirl to Assistant Sheriff of one of the nation's largest police forces to FIFA World Cup Director of Intelligence. But it's her ability to bring unlikely people together—cops and showgirls, religious communities and LGBTQ+ advocates, corporate executives and community activists—that makes her one of the most sought-after speakers on leadership and human connection.
From Showgirl to Sheriff to Global Intelligence Director & International Speaker

The Moments That Shaped a Leader
The Reality Check (1999)
Walking into police orientation as one of only six women among 120 recruits, Sasha quickly learned she'd have to navigate a world where female leaders were viewed through a narrow, often hostile lens. That moment fueled 26 years of proving that women could lead with both strength and authenticity, without sacrificing either.

The Crisis Commander (2017)
For 26 hours, Sasha commanded the tactical response to the largest mass shooting in American history—securing the scene, coordinating with fire departments, managing victim recovery, and directing relief efforts across multiple agencies. In the final hour, after ensuring operational success, she gathered her team to decompress, check for injuries, and collectively exhale—because tactical excellence and human leadership aren't mutually exclusive.
The Bridge Builder (2010-Present)
Creating the Fusion Liaison Officer Program, Sasha brought together communities that had never spoken before—preventing radicalization by giving people connection, identity, and purpose before hate could take root.

Beyond the Badge:
The Soul Warrior
For 30 years, yoga has been Sasha's secret weapon. While her colleagues burned out from accumulated trauma, she found balance through breathwork and mindfulness—teaching her to lead with both warrior strength and centered wisdom.
This isn't about choosing between being tactical or spiritual. It's about mastering balance.
